As Low Key said, PC is at the top, but at the risk of rewarding bad habits I'll answer ya just this once. After that, may Thy and SirPoops have mercy on you......:hang:

The amulet is 1/3 of the way to a random ring or some gold from Charsi, pretty much junk.

The armor on the other hand is somewhat useful, no one will probably trade for it, but I still use one on my low level mercs if I need a bit more LL. Maybe a couple of Pgems at most if you can even sell it.
