1 smite question

its eben a while since i palyed smiter pvp so my quesion is:

1. Does knockback from smite work in pvp? I forgot this. however i know it does give u that white twirl.
2. Can someone tell me the deal with mb and walking? I heard when u walk mb is cut down to 1/3? same as when u run?
3. Seriously, im confused, but what exactly is the best charms for smiters? 3/20/20, from that charm, only the life and max dmg work right? even if it does, does the max dmg give u A LOT of difference? If i use pcombs, is it better than 20/5s?
4. Gloves. Between dracs or bloodfist and GG crafted gloves? What mdos are wanted in crafted glvoes?
5. I heard fhr is not that really needed for smiters. why?

1-yea
2-When walking max block stays at 75%, while running its cut down.
3-I would have to give the nod to 20 lifers with res over pcombs.
4-In Gm dueling bloodfists/gg crafted, in bm dracs for the tap.
5-With dysnc and basically unblockable smite its not really needed since charge can get you outta stun lock most of the time.

Max dmg does not work with smite. So only the life works.

A little more info on question 5

Smite and charge are uninterruptable attacks so, ideally you can escape from anything. But it doesn't hurt to hit a certain bp.
