error

i just installed d2x and for some reason europe server for bnet gives this error message: "unable to connect, if youre using a modem please make sure its turned on." im sure everyone has seen this message before.

interesting thing is, i can connect to useast, uswest and asia but not europe.'

any ideas or thoughts as to why this is happening and how i can fix it?

i also manually updated to 1.11

If you had previously connected to Europe, make sure there is no game.exe listed in your task manager.

If you had not previously connected to Europe successfully, then reset your server list (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=21138).
