View Full Version : D2 Error : Bugging the hell outta me

Diablo II freezes all the time after few minutes of gameplay. The problem occurs when I play with characters at Level 50+... The problem never shows up when I play with characters at lower level. Don't know what the problem is and I get this error message :

Halt
Location:,line#1882
Expansion:Unrecoverable Internal Error 05864a86

Even when I try to Save & Exit the problem occurs too, might be a problem with auto-saving or it might be a bug in Version 1.11b. I've lost a lot of items for this error :( I'll try to install the game again and get the Version 1.10 and see if the error occurs. Any kinda help will be great !!!

uninstall Diablo ii and LOD
instal Diabloii and LOD again.

most likely a corrupted mpq file, try copying them from the cd's to your d2 install folder, if that fails, then reinstall

No, I'm playing the Barbarian, the error appears irrespective of the character

yeah happened to me a while back, go with uninstall --> reinstall

I installed once again and applied the 1.11 patch and the problem still appears. Another error comes to play too.

Diablo II Exception

UNHANDLED EXCEPTION : ACCESS_VIOLATION (c0000005)

Now, will apply the v1.10 Patch and see it the problem appears.
