Aldur winddruid

Hello dudes.

As I'm a very poor player atm (gave everything away), and I don't want all of those dupewords I thought of making an Aldur winddruid.

My gear:

Helm: Aldur
Armor: Aldur
Weapon: Aldur
Boots: Aldur
Shield: Spirit monarch
Rings: 1 Ravenfrost (CBF) + 1 FCR ring.
Gloves: Trang-Oul
Belt: I'll try to get Arach here.
Ammy: No idea.....

20/16 Druid torch

That gives all together (assuming perf FCR on spirit) 85% FCR, 14 more needed for the 99% BP.

So, I'll need to get 14 from amulet, or switch raven for a FCR ring.

I was thinking doing some pub-dueling for fun, maybe I could kill some noobs.

As for the sockets I was thinking either res jools/PRubies/Res runes (Ral's thuls...).

Viable? Or just...... useless?

useless.
any half decent char can kill a windy w.o ability to telestomp. beside your lack of mobility means that they wil have plenty of time to run away from rather slow nadoes. its not that hard....

it still owns in pvm imo, one of cheapest setups one can enjoy, but apart from that nothing great.

Still pretty bad for PvP. There's superior setups of similar wealth that would trump Aldur's PvP.

Unless you're Jary :P Might look into that build if you're deadset on an Aldur's windy.

Hmm, he looks very good. I suspect he got his invent full of skillers and such though.

I'll find a use for Aldur. Maybe fireclaw with 3 shael in weapon, 2x 15 IAS jools in helm and 1 in armor? :wink2:

How about Aldur's Set in PvM? I've read about Windy Aldur and FC Aldur, but don't know what I should expect of them...
