Hey, i posted this in the "Off Topic" forum as well.
Just wondering, I remember back when i played in 1.09 I could scroll the mouse wheel and it would pace through my different hotkeyed skills, and now it won't? I am using windows Vista with a logitech bluetooth mouse if this helps?
