Can I get volcano charges when I imbue wirt's leg,

and if so, what would be the most optimal level to imbue the leg, and from where (norm/nm/hell) should I get the leg from?

Thank you in advance.It's my understanding that Wirt's Leg has qlvl 1 or qlvl 0, and will get all the same affixes as basic mace class weapons. If this is correct, then a clvl 26 character would be your best bet. Where the legs comes from would not matter at all.

I got some Meteor charges on a Wirt imbue/personalization (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v341/insane-wayne/Alkithoe/imbued_leg.jpg) a while back. Hardly useful except for a laugh.

Scoring "Volcano" via imbue would take forever, I'd rather reroll a cube-transformed magical (blue) Leg with chips until I got the desired suffix e.g. "of Volcano".
