Max block and base stat windy? o.O

I think I remember reading that someone here made a wind druid with both base str and dex and still maintained max block. I tried searching, but couldn't find anything. Maybe I was only dreaming? :shocked:

Maybe one of you druid experts can help me out here? :flowers:

Such a thing is not possible, unless you are going to do very illogical things and maybe even then it's not. Even an elded Whistan's is going to require 151 dex at level 85.

A Paladin might pull it off though.
