Block or Life?

That's pretty much all I need help with at this point.

I'm at lvl 83 with almost 300 unspent points. I don't have my finalized gear, so I'm trying not to spend points at all, but I need to find a little more survivability. So if I can figure out if I'm going for Dex or Vita I can cure the problem.

Since you'll probably use tele to get to Baal your biggest concern will be gloams / vipers, so I'd go for vita.

For PvM Windy (or PvM in general in most cases), I'd always advocate Vita over Block. Max block is a must for PvP as far as I can see, but isn't really called for with any Druid PvM builds that I can think of...
