Hi, I'm currently thinking of making a windy once again, I have all the gear so far and I would just want to ask if it is recommended to go max block for PvM? I could smack a stormshield if so, but with a spirit I could hit the 99fcr breakpoint without the extra fcr rings. Just doubting whether to go for the stormshield or the spirit, note that I will probably have a merc and a bear taking the damage so..
