can highlords be found in nonladder as well as ladder?

please check the arreat summit item section for more info. If its ladder only item, it will be indicated at there saying " LADDER ONLY "

Only Metal Grid and Seraph Hymm are LADDER ONLY unqiue Amulets.

So getting highlords in NL is possible . :)
