I've had dark rings under my eyes for a while now and have decided that the only way to get rid of them is to start going to bed early. So, starting tonight I have decided to start going to bed at 10:30. Does anyone know how long it will take for the rings under my eyes to start fading? Also are there any other things in my lifestyle that I can change that would help? (Diet changes, moisturisers, etc). Thanks
Edit: Forgot to mention, the bedtime of 10:30 is with the exception of Friday & Saturday

Drink more water, get enough sleep, don't rub your eyes, and if you have allergies, get them under control.

Depends on your body, but you should start to see improvement within a week or two.

And I think I'll pass on the bleach idea..
Perhaps u should stop putting out ur cigarettes on ur eyes. Btw some ppl will have the dark rings for ever, its part of ur genetics.

You won't get rid of them: When you're young you can sometimes get rid of them with just sleep and a change of habits, if you are even a tad bit older your left with them for the rest of your life.
Sorry!

Iron deficiency can cause them also, if thats the case sleep won't really help unless you can dedicate about 20 hours a day. :)

Well I never used to have them, just happened within the past 6 months or so, so I'm guessing it's to do with lack of sleep rather than genetics

I am relatively young; 16. So is that young enough to get rid of them?

Why would they be permanent? It is a blood vessel thing, if it can suddenly appear it can suddenly go away.

It lists a few things you can do.
If your eyes are blacked, and you're female, the requirements are simple. Get back in the kitchen and shut up. You shouldn't have required being told twice.
Now, before yall start, you all know I don't really hold these views. I treat my woman like the princess that she is.
Leave the dark side.

To the OP - stop wearing your emo makeup.

Is she a real princess, Is she so Highborn she can pee through a hundred mattresses?
If not you may have been fooled.
On the other hand my wife can't do in anymore, but the granddaughter can.

I have to just really hope he does know that it's "pea", and then I suspect he spends his time here thinking he's yanking people's chains by acting all twittery.

I think that either he's a Terry Pratchett fan or he thinks it's original.
It's a great one though.

Preparation H actually will help. Dark circles are caused by broken capillaries as are hemorrhoids.

I just read an article discussing how Preparation H is used by bodybuilders and club-goers in order to increase the tautness of skin (by reducing puffiness) right before going out or on stage.
