How much slowing is considered bad manners?
Currently using 45%, something that seem to make pubbies rather mad..
Thanks

Pretty much any amount is generally frowned upon, but if your just playing pubbies, who cares? They'll bm you if they can, don't hold back.

just pubbies, yes. Using a poison java with guided/slowing on switch.
So for GM duells, arach is pretty much out of the question for a melee char?

Yes, but not really because of bm. Mostly because it is in no way a good melee belt.

Indeed, Verdungo's, SoE, Thundergod's (depending on situation) are all better melee belts than Arach.

You should know pubbies will whine about everything. Sorb, slow, ele damage, resists, hacks, skills. No matter how legitly you kill them, they will whine. So I say screw 'em and stack up the slow/sorb.

Bad Manners - i.e. tactics that are frowned upon in duels. Things like Life Tap and Slow Target, which are impossible to counter in any way.
Up to 10% is allowed in BM Tournies in the SPF. It really depends on with whom you duel.
