I have an 87 barb and i heard mephisto drops good items in hell. I was just wondering what is the best item you ever got from Mephisto?

I have been very unlucky with meph, but andy gave me a 28 maras and summoner a 26.

How are you guys so lucky the best I got from Mephisto are a pair of 1 skill marrowwalks and that is considered good since he only drops mostly rares and low level uniques. Some people have all the luck.:tongue:

Lots and lots and lots of runs...keep at it and eventually he'll drop something nice.

I've gotten 2 Arachs and a Hoz from meph, as well as another HoZ from the armour stand near him...I don't run him anymore though.

Regarding Meph drops, my list is the same as the Road Ratt's, but Meph also dropped a Lo rune for me.

Personally a HoZ, several sets of Titans, a couple of Occulus and a 30% Maras are the best items off the top of my head.

Maybe it was countess than, it was in act 1 for sure and countess and andy are the only people I kill there.
