How to level up from lvl 89+

I just wondering where did people level their characters more efficiently after lvl 89. from that point, my sorc seems to stuck at the same exp bar forever. I had run many chaos and baal but still don't notice any exp bar move.

do most people stop playing their character past lvl 90 and start a new one?

My 91 is still getting decent experience from running nil for keys. I just start in halls of pain, kill everything on the way, thats how i've leveled from 85. Or you can sit through baal runs, and be very patient.

Might as well have something to show for all the runs, in the form of keys, and one time, a vex.

Baal is the only way, takes about 20 runs for 89-90 so don't count on it being fast.

Try leveling solo in games with other people doing other things. Dueling, trading, chaosing, what have you. Maybe make a cow game for some pubs and run Baal or something by yourself while they get slain by hell bovines. You get a lot more exp when you don't have to share it.

with more players in the game without party up, it will make the monsters too hard for solo right?

depends, good character with good gear and good players can solo chaos/wsk without much problems in 8players games.

What character are you, a good lightning sorcerer should get around.

If you have proper gear even p8 becomes a cake walk. At least for some charactes (hammerdin lite sorc lite java).

Don't forget Pindle. OK you won't just run him otherwise you'll get a temp ban, but he add lots of decent xp. (Well when I run him p8.) I can take him to 93. Past that baal runs.

Hm. I moved my sorc from clvl 92 to 94 with AT runz: 666 of them :grin: at various player setting (p8 and p1)

What is AT runs and p8 and where/what is piddle ? Where can i find those ?

P8 = "/player 8" command which you type at game console to make more tougher to kill and gain more experience and have more chances of getting good items. in 1.11b you can get from 1 to 8 players setting.

Pindle = superunique boss in enterance of Nihlatlak temple, right after Anyas portal. If you want to re run him, you shall not activate Halls of Vaught (or is it anguish :scratch:) waypoint, or you don`t kill Nihlatlak caouse the portal will be gone, and you`ll have to run Pindlle through portal which take more time to do.

AT = Ancient tunnels, level 85 area under Lost city in act 2.

All of this is very useful information and I have read it with great interest. But why the rush to get to lvl 99? Sounds like you're already strolling thru most of the game without much problem. When you DO reach 99, what then? Quit? Nowhere to go from there.

If you're playing on Bnet, why not do the mini-ubers and uber Tristram. Hunt the D-Clone. That all should add some life to the game. I would say just sit back an enjoy the fruits of your labor to reach lvl 90 or whatever. Eventually you will be lvl 99. Or you can start another character from the ground up if you're bored with looting, killing and maiming. The plus to this is that you can outfit your new character with the best equipment since your lvl 90 character should be able to obtain just about anything for you.

im eager to lvl up more from 89+ is because now my CL/FO sorc can't solo chaos and baal's minions when there are more players in the game, so I think I will more level to survive.

my gear is very high-end mostly too

FYI, /players8 doesn't work on bnet.

Because you can finish a pindle run very very quickly... repeating quitting and making a game fast would get you a temp ban.

Rawr. I just do Uber. (Recommended only for people who can handle this) go into uber. The peoples keep spawning out of the ground I think, keep killing them. I went from like lv 90-99 in 1 or 2 games. But took me more then 3 days. P.S. I left the computor on whenever I went to sleep . :D I used a hammerdin sumhow <.<

my gear is very high-end mostly tooThat has nothing to do with the level, but with the gear and build. 1. CL/FO isn't the greatest build for 8 players. 2. Do you have infinity and skillers?

I do have infinity and 2 +lighting GC. still weak somehow
