Where can I find the "false" summoner? I want to do a Key of Hate run but I'm not sure where to find this guy. Thanks!

He's in Act 2 in the Arcane Sanctuary where you get the way point to go to canyon of the magi.

He is also known as simply "The Summoner". You usually kill him just before getting to Canyon of the Magi.

If you are always rushed... you might have some trouble finding him, just look in the Arcane Sanctuary.
