I'm not familiar with low level dueling, but I founds these and thought they might be okay?

Attacker takes Dmg of 9

Ashwood Bow
Dex Req 77
Str Req 56
Dmg 23-41
2+ Bow Skills
44% EDam
94 to ATR
1-10 Fire Dmg
1 to Dex
