Shopping for Claws...

Simple question.

Can my level 30 character shop claws with: +2 traps +3 WoF

or +2 shadow +3 shadow warrior or other random shadow tree skill

Maintaining claw level of 30 or less.

If not, what lvl character should I do this with?

No, it can't. +2 skill tree is affix lvl 40, and your shopped items would be ilvl 35, much less claw types that can have staffmods. IIRC you need ilvl 36 just to get tier 6 skills.

You should do this at hell anya, with as high a lvl character as possible. Reason is you'll see more exceptional claws that way, and since no normal claws can have staffmods, you'll want that.

Sure, you'll see many claws with too high lvl req, but some of them might be useful as well, thus you can buy them and either use them on other chars or trade them away, possibly even for the claws you're shopping for.

The only level 30 req claw class weapon that can spawn with +skills would be handscythes.
