Skill damage tables beyond lvl 20

I have seen tables for skill damage from level 1 to 20, but none past level 20. I mean tables for Fireball, Bone Spirit, Hammer, etc.

Is there a source for levels past 20? Are there formulas?

Anyone know if the skill damage numbers (at least for the base skills before synergies and masteries) are hard-coded in the game and/or are based on formulas? Guessing hard-coded for speed, but maybe they're based on formulas in the first place.

No, the damage modifiers are soft-coded, and can be fairly easy to find out. The skill functions are hard-coded. I've always wondered why no skill tables went higher than 20, considering that there are two breakpoints that are above it. Oh well.
