Reroll unique rings/amulets?

Can it be done by the cube? because I have excess of nergling rings with low MF, so can I cube 3 of them and hope for rerolling a SOJ or BK?

what was the recipe, same as reroll magical ring?

Not, it's not possible.

You can only re-roll magic (blue) and rare (yellow) items.
