Helm: Nightwing's Veil, 'Um'
Amulet: +2 Skills, 19+ Faster Cast Rate
Armor: Enigma Mage Plate
Belt: Arachnid Mesh
Rings: Two Stones of Jordan
Weapon (i): Heart of the Oak Flail
Shield (ii): Jeweled Stormshield, -15 requirements, +15 res. all
Weapon (ii): Call to Arms Phaseblade
Shield (ii): B.O. Spirit Superior Monarch Shield
Gloves: Trang-Oul's Claws
Boots: Sandstorm Treks

This build goes for the 99/99 breakpoints and fills the difference in FHR with FHR Natural Charms; otherwise I'll be using Natural Lifers. Small charms will be 20/5s and 20/11s.

The skill bonus is 25, so I'll have level 45 tornadoes, hurricane, and cyclone armor, as well as level 26 wolves and Oak Sage. Should I switch out the Nightwing's Veil for a Jalal's Mane, 5-nado helm, or a 2/20/2 circlet? The circlet allows for a Mara's instead, so maybe that's the route to go? If so, I'd need massive FHR in my charms. Give me any/all feedback. Basically the problem lies in the helm...

Shako or jalals would be better than that. 2/20/2,delirium works also=p
Bk rings over sojs? more life and you can just mana pot which isn't bm.

I'd use a nice rare 5Nado pelt instead of Nightwings. 2/20/20 Is also great.
Also, instead of Spirit/Hoto, try Spirit/Spirit 110FHR and 70FCR just for those two items. I'm not a fan of Max Block/DR Windys. Just need Trangs Gloves and atleast 9FCR on your Ammy to hit 99FCR.
If you insist on going for Max Block, then you should throw any that ugly Nightwings and get a 2/20/20 Circlet or 5Nado pelt, Nightwings just won't do much for you.
Also, BK rings>SoJs.

Interesting, saying if he's going max block, he should throw away potentially 20dex  Not that I'm a fan of NW but I reacted on the reasoning.

20 extra points into Dexterity Is worth It.

Replace soj/bk with raven frost to help blocking. 20dex and CBF is better than a little more damage

Ahhh, correct indeed. I forgot about the Ravenfrost. Ofcourse the CBF and 20dex will be more helpful than ~25 extra damage (assuming the player has 50% DR).

Except I don't see cbf helping a windy out much considering he casts spells and isn't exactly the class that walks their enemies, though could. So we are only actually looking at 20dext. Probably better off improvising on gear and using fcr rings with dext/resist/life

i was wondering that myself. if you truely do want cbf i would think a cham somewhere would be a better bet. raven is good, but is it really that good for a caster?
