Cham on windforce

If i cham my windforce, will all targets of my multi arrows be frozen? Also, how long will the freezing effect from cham last in hell? TY.

I tested it not long ago and seems it doesn't work, only the center arrow(s) carry the freeze.

The mentioning thereof is to be removed once I update the guide.

hmm might be best to mention this in the guide thread even before the update ...

Works somewhat with strafe though, not sure about the duration but think buriza should have a similar one (both shows as "freezes target +3").

Shouldn't cold charms increase the freeze duration?
