So, you guru's over here in the amazonian area should beable to help me with this. Im looking for the best possible bow for my bowazon. Now I've narrowed it down to a few, but I'm having problems deciding on them, and which would be better for overall best for reaching the breakpoint on IAS.

BOTD is of course in the list, but to which bow to put it in? Hydra, or Grand Matron, or is there another one that I should be aware of.

Faith maybe? Not up-to-date on my runewords in bows, but I've heard good things about this one.

Faith is probably the best bow in general, and it hits IAS breakpoints with ease due to the fanat aura.

Or you can take another popular option (my personal favourite), and carry a windforce (which does the most damage of any bow) and give faith to an act1 merc so you get the fanat aura as well.
