Dancers on Hdin?

Are shadowdancers ever viable in place of Waterwalks? PvP Hdin, looking for most possible life while keeping max block.

30 FHR, 25 dex seem to be the big stats.

Waterwalks gets no FHR, but has 15 dex and 65 life.

Assuming I use CoA/Arach/Spirit/Wizzy, would Dancers ever surpass Waterwalks?

Simply put, No!

Yeah, I came to the same conclusion. 10 dex and 30 FHR (Meaningless if I use CoA) doesn't equate to 65 life.

CoA+Spirit already give you 85%FHR, leaving you only 1% short of the breakpoint. So the only real benefit of Dancers is (up to) 10 Dex. Personally I've never considered using any boots other than Waterwalk or Rares on my HDin.
