necro head for rhyme?

I'm thinking of using a rhyme shield for my fishymancer.
I wanna have 75% block, is this easely reachable with a necrohead?
And if I use a necrohead, what kind should I be looking for and whats the best place to look for it?
1 more question, is it possible just like wands to have +3 to 3 skills on it?

If you went that route, one with +3 raise skeleton and +3 skeleton mastery would probably be the choice. I'd hunt act 1 normal for that, but don't expect to find it anytime soon.

However, you have better choices available. Homunculus, for example, is a much better choice. There are other shields with good blocking as well and even a normal tower shield for rhyme is easier to find.

Yes, both heads and wands can have up to 3 skills at +3.

Rhyme is crazy good for its price and if put in a head like the above mentioned would just make it uber imo. Try finding a head with as high ctb as possible (42% is the highest attainable on necro heads I think). Rhyme gives an additional 20%, so 62% ctb should be good enough especially since you won't be in the heat of battle.

A little OT maybe, but is the 62%ctb the maximum block attainable or can it get higher if I increase my dex?
And yes, personally I find Homu better too, but I want such a schield for mfing and try out how it works:)

No, you can reach max block by pumping dex, and I believe you can also craft an amulet with 10 increased block rate which can help, though I've never tried that.

That's right, you can craft a Safety amulet which gives you a bonus to your shield's block rate. But people rarely use it because there are much better amulets available.

A 3/3 Rhyme head sounds fantastic, but it seems like such a waste of an excellent prebuff shield. Splendor gives +1 to all skills in a two socket shield, and I think it's the only way to get +4 to skeletons.

The only thing better would be a +2 necro/+3RS/+3SM rare head, which is probably next to impossible to roll with skulls. Good luck finding a 3/3, two OS head. Those things are rare but utterly awesome.

I would rather use Ali Baba or Gull dagger + tha Rhyme shield on switch, with Carin Shard + Homu as main's. If you absolutely wanna use Rhyme shield, I would aim for like 50 - 60 block, not 75
