Blackbog's Sharp, poisonous enough?

Hiya, I'm wondering if Blackbog's Sharp Cinquedeas is the ultimate Poisonmancer weapon? I mean, if Poison Nova is my main attack, the +4 kinda makes me happy. Let me here your opinion!

It is a fine temp Poisonmancer weapon. The ultimate one will be deathweb :) for godly -40-50% To Enemy Poison Resistance :)
