The reason people want lvl 13 or better, is because then you 'only' need 95ias to reach top speed with Multi/Guided(in a 10speed bow: Hydra, GMB). If you have 12lvl, you have to go for 100ias, making it alot harder to reach wanted speed.

With a FaithMerc, even lvl 12 Fanat aura is sufficient.

Of course, when an Amazon wields the bow herself, it's much more difficult...

Something like:

Gloves of Alacrity: 20%
IAS jeweled M'avina's: 45%
Highlord's/Cat's Eye: 20%
Something like Nosferatu's: 10%
TOTAL: 95%

Yeah, I agree, 100% is harder to reach, as then you have to make an additional IAS socket in armor (Fort is the best one for a physical Bowzon, and it cannot be IAS socketed).

Aside from all this explanation of IAS and breakpoints, have you considered what the variety of Fanatic aura that are possible in Faith?
