Charm choices

I have a choice of placing 20 more points in max charms in my inventory or getting dex charms equaling 30 more dex. Anyone know what the better overall choice would be between the 2 for my zon using a faith GMB?

Go with 11-14max/ar gcs and 4max/ar scs for max damage. Those are expensive, so 10max/ar/6dex gcs and 3max/ar/2dex scs will give the 'next-best damage'.

I always go for massive psn/frw on the bowas I make. People can debate it all day long but the simple fact is that psn hurts.

Vs Windies (kills their summons in 1 strafe/multi hit)
Vs Sorcs (let them tele around all they want, you just need to run-stop-fire-run and let your psn wear them down to a sliver in no time)
Vs Barbs (ww barbs are beyond easy, just let them get close then move slightly and pluck away with your bow)
Vs Necros (same with Windies, just be sure to have a wall near by that you can block their spirits with)
Vs Javazons (just dont get hit!)
Vs Paladins (well... no one is perfect... Though maxed out psn does take down those cocky hammerdins easily enough)
Vs Assasins (simplest to kill imho, I've yet to come across one that really wows me in a duel)

When it all comes down to it most people max their light/fire/cold res way before thinking about poison (debate away). Its also true that very few players think about bringing out Antidotes in duels - and even if they do thats wasting valuable time that you can pluck a few more arrows into them whilest their pinkies are occupied with the hot keys.

i completely disagree with the poison damage charm route. too easy to counter.

imho: max/ar/FRW or max/ar/max (14max gc's) are the best charms for a pvp bowazon.

Poison: Because time is on your side!

It takes a fraction of a second to move your pinky up and antidote, you can also antidote before going out and retain it for a little.

Back on topic, the more damage the better, imho, damage charms for sure. 3/20/20 are nice but damn expensive.

3/20/20s will always be the better choice, but for 1/4 the price you can get a 100/5 spc. I'm currently packing 4500 psn dmg in charms alone(I use a grief for pre-buff as well... hillarious) and for those stuborn people I have a lvl 8 Lower Res wand with 42 charges.

I'll be stacking the same amount of psn on a ww doom barb pretty soon to really piss people off. Should be magical.

Dropped off of Baal's minions. I usually just ID wands and sell them for gold (they always fetch 35000 in hell) but I found a use for this one obviously!
