How to I calculate how fast and how much I can do dammage with different Faster Cast Rates?

How much faster cast rate to I need to get it to the first level?

Where can I find a list with Charged bolt, and what levels of faster cast rate that will make it better?

Charged Bolt casts at the normal rate (not the Lightning/CL rate), so 63 fcr for 9 frames per cast, 105 for 8, 200 for 7. There are 25 frames per second, so you can change that to per second if you would like. Multiply damage per bolt times the number of bolts you expect to hit something with (most things will only be large enough to take a few) times the casts per second to get a damage per second.
