What kind of build is the best Hell-PVM build for a naked/poor Necromancer? A Build that actually easy to MF bosses and etc.
I dont have all those uber runeword, Enigma, or other uber godly item.
basically, I start from the scratch and it is Single Player..So trading those item is no-no for me.
Any suggestion?

a max corpse explosion summoner.
there are numerous credible accounts of these builds soloing their way to Guardian, naked.

i would agree with braincrasher, a fishymancer is the best for that kind of stuff.

Note that even though a naked Fishy can be done, MFing won't be an easy task without at least HALF DECENT gear.

Since everyone said that Fishymancer is the best..
does that build really help you to kill Hell Minion of Destrcution and Baal faster? Or Hell Diablo?

they are good against baals minions but diablo can kill the skeletons very easily with that red thunder move.

I've never had a problem past normal with Diablo. Even with simple shopped/found gear and decrep/clay golem Hell diablo shouldn't kill skeletons easily.
In short - summoner with crap gear == no problems with hell. Slow maybe, but no troubles.

Normal Diablo can be a pain in the ***, especially if you're taking him on with no Revives. With revives, it's just a matter of getting a few good melee monster revives. They're basically immortal for the 2 minutes or whatever that you have them. Depending on how you play, it can be tough to make it to the required level to get the revive skill though.
Summonancer is the way to go though (your choice of whether or not to use mages, look for threads about them, there are plenty). You can make it really far without any gear that most people would even consider decent. Defense, resists, even +skills to a much lesser extent are all pretty much optional for a summonancer. This means you can just put on any piece of crap that drops with MF and you should find yourself pretty durable all the way into hell difficulty (though there are lots of areas that can be pretty tough in Hell without the right gear). A few NM meph and Baal runs should yield you gear that gives good MF and better survivability as well.
Good luck!!!

Am I the only one that finds Diablo *too* easy? All I need every single time is clay golem, decrepify, and oh... four mana potions. Every bosses AI is simply terrible. I guess if you spent way too much on that iron golem, you might have a problem all your own.
edit: And Intellect is right. I've had crappy gear with MF until hell, when low resistances gave me a few... minor problems, so I switched my 10% MF amulet for one with +30 resists. Fishymancer is incredibly easy if you're willing to think it out and put in a bit of extra effort with your curses. Bosses don't even count into the extra effort. They're just too easy with the fishy build.
edit #2: Mages are "okay" if only for their effects. However, I have not put more than one point into it (to get to revive). +skill and +mf items are the way to go with this build. You should be able to find a +2 necromancer summon skills wand from the vendor cheap and with ease.
If you are going to solo the game naked, be sure to max Dim Vision. Otherwise those pesky souls might give you trouble, the duration is about 1 second at level 1.

Only form of Diablo that gives me a problem as a fishy is norm. NM and Hell Diablo's lightning hose shoots out too far for some reason and doesn't hit anything at melee range.
Just get something with teleport charges, revive a ****load of megademons and urdars, then telestomp big D for big lootz.

Like nearly everyone else has said I suggest the fishymancer.
Once you get a Homunculus or any other good shield with resists even gloams aren't too much trouble. You are able to tear through baal's minions easily (well Lister is hard if your merc tweaks out and gets stuck somewhere else) .
Killing the actual bosses takes a bit longer, but I frequently kill them without getting hit once and only losing revives due to their timer. If you are able to get teleport of any sort his MFing ability sky rockets. He can take on every level 85 area without a sweat... I usually avoid ones with tight hallways because your strength is with your numbers and having it one skeleton vs one mob in a doorway is a bit annoying and terror just doesn't seem to like me.
