What would you choose if you had to pick between a zod'ed eth bartuc or a perfect upped bartuc with a 15ias/40ed jewel, as a primary claw on a dual claw assassin with maxed CM and DC?

If it's primary, I'd want some IAS since a Bartuc's could really use some.

Also, upping and putting in the ed part would be great for some more dmg, so that's great along with the speed.
