Good Claw?

I found a Rare Claw in the pits tonight and was wondering if its any good, I posted it in the Trade Values forums to see how much it would be worth... I've never really played an Assassin and only recently started playing again (last time I played was in .09) so I'm a tad out of touch with rare item values...

it would make a nice fools claw for a ww-trapper. it's not super-mega-ultimate-godl3h, but its perfectly serviceable.

it's only major downsides are: 1: it's in a -20WSM base claw as opposed to a -30 one. 2: it has only 10ias on it, meaning getting 9-frame traps is gonna be a little rough. but if you're prepared to live with 10 frame trapping, it's pretty good.

the 'chant charges are kind of funky.
