Hey guys I was looking at JRichards guide and kind of understood.. but I'm still a little confused.
I'd like to know how to max my frames if im using a Stormlash. Its WMS speed is -10 (it also has +30% ias on it). Assuming my BoS is around or at +40% IAS?
Basically if I recall I don't have any IAS on my equip other than Stormlash itself so I want to know if its possible to max my frames with just it and BoS or if I need something else as well.
The attack im using is Dragon Talon.
