Helm for ED/IAS for hybrid pvp Zon [Archive]

I am making a Hybrid PVP Zon and she is almost complete except for me getting a 3os helm to put the ED/IAS jewels in. But my question is what would be the best helm a circlet or crown with FRW or Life (40 life is the only one I've been able to find) which are so far hard for me to find anyone selling them or a high defense bone visage or demon head?
