newb question about foh

Made a foh pally. But just got 2 questions.

1. Whats the best sheild. Im thinking 45res 20/20 light sheild, but some ppl have said Hoz to me???

2. Is foh ias or fcr based? Trying to decide whether to use Dracs or Ias gloves.

1. Hoz is an awesome all around shield, beats 20/20 shield in all resists, blocking, str bonus and the damage won't be alot behind the 20/20 one either. Hoz is also cheaper and easier to find.

2. Foh is iirc fcr based, but it got 1 second timer which won't go any lower than that, so fcr gear doesn't really affect the casting speed. Bloodfists, stats gloves are good options for a foh pala.

to be honoust. I dont think I need the strength from it. ill have enough at base. and the res is only 5 more than a pally sheild. price isn't really too much of an option.

After all these factors, would you still go for the hoz or would u pick the light sheild??

Out of interest, Y would you pick Bloodfist over Dracs? I'm thinking Dracs because ill have a low smite lvl and the life tap will hlep alot.
