Light sorc question

I don't mean to sound dumb but if you make a light sorc with 20 lighting 20 chain lightning and 20 lightning mastery would it make sense to max out shiver armour to 20? Do all the lightning spells lower the cold defense at all?

I have no clue what you mean, can you rewrite this. Why would you max shiver armor?

As with Copilot, I'm not exactly sure what you mean, but there is never a reason to raise Shiver Armor to 20. The defense boost is tiny, and sorcs don't have equipment for high defense to get boosted. You're better off getting 20 Charged Bolt and 20 Nova instead.
