amazon helm question

just traded for a 45max/45ias/30frw helm. Most of the amazon guides said to get the 120ed/45ias/30frw helm instead. is there a big difference between the two helms and which one is better for overall damage?

The max damage is good if you have lots of damage auras around often and/or if your bow damage isnt very high. Otherwise the 120 ed is a better option.

here's my equip right now:

armor: fortitude
weapon: faith gmb
gloves: 20ias/kb
belt: nos
amulet: cat's
rings: 2x 20dex ravens
boots: wt
inventory: zon torch, anny, 37x 3/xx/3frw

so which would be better for me, 120/45/30 helm or my 45/45/30

I would have chosen the +45 to max damage helm with that equipment as well.
