Wow nice Necro gear guys O_O. Just curious is it possible to have a % dmg goes to mana on an Amulet?

EDIT: Does % dmg goes to mana work in PvP as well?

why would it?
for pvp if you get hit you usually die.
for pvm you don't want to get hit. at all.

and my circlet-

lol, i'm poor, but shako really is great. and i have +2 to my BO which you don't have(:
