1) Why do you put only 1 pt into Summon Resist again?

2) Is Iron Maiden nerfed in PvP?

3) I planned on using a Infinity Merc for my Summoner, do I use a Might Merc or Concentration Merc?

4) Do players with IM on them take dmg when attacking bone walls or prisons?

1) diminishing returns. Your +skills generally takes this up far enough.

2) don't know if it is called nerfed, but the damage returned is cut by the 1/6th pvp damage penalty rule, if I recall correctly.

3) Theres no such thing as merc with concentration. However you can make pokey sticks with the runeword pride which gives concentration aura while equipped. This is unavalible to you as you want infinity for your merc, but might mercenaries make your army quite vicious.

4) As long as they do physical melee damage against something they recieve the returned damage, no matter what they attack.

1. Skill bonuses are curved, +skills is usually enough, as stated above.
2. Damage reflection and damage return are different. With damage reflection, damage done to you is penalized, then reduction/resistance phase gives a final measure to what is done to your life bulb, and only that is then used to decide hit recovery/damage to mana/damage reflection - the latter is then penalized when dealt back to your opponent. This is why it's a mere fraction and isn't as valuable unless incredibly stacked. It's still effective in ending a melee-only character's duel (they'll walk away, probably screaming 'BM!'), but damage return is triggered by any attack. Problem is it's usually so low that when penalized it hardly counters any leech.
3. Pride has Concentration, Infinity has Conviction, Desert Warriors have Blessed Aim/Prayer/Defiance/Might/Thorns/Holy Freeze. Those are the combinations you have to choose from, other than other weapon runewords like Insight and Hand of Justice, as well as armor runewords.
4. Only when dealing non-castable physical damage to a target in melee attack range.
