Nat's Claw?

Just a quick question; it may seem logical but is it true?

Nat Claw Bonuses:

+200% Enhanced damage
+200% Damage to Demons
+200% Damage to Undead

Question:

So, if im using 2 claws on my assassin I have 2 x 200% Damage to Demons = 400% Damage to Demons?

In case of dualwielding most mods for the weapon only work for that weapon. CB, ED, DS, leech, etc. doesn't transfer to the other weapon. Just about the only thing that does work is MF/GF.
