Xeoy Vipereye

Intro:
This is my first guide I make so it might not be 100% perfect but with my calculations this should make almost everything. I have also suited this guide for SPTF since you might need to trade with others to get the end-gear.

Guide:
This guide consist the build for a poisonmancer which uses all skill trees he is capable of. He has the focus at killing enemies with poison. He can also trap them if they come to close to his life.

Item-section:

Weapon: Blackbog's Sharp clvl 38 (req 88 DEX) (excelent with posion skills and dagger damge in early game, skills are good in late-game)
Shield: Homunculus clvl 42 (req 58 STR) - socket it with a Perfect Diamond
Gloves: Trang-Oul's Claws - clvl 45 (req 58 STR)
Body: Bone (runeword) - clvl 47 (depends on which armor you use thou, a low req STR armor like, clvl 47 is for Um, use Larzuk socket-reward)
Head: Harlequins Crest clvl 62 (req 50 STR), socketet with Um or Scintillating Jewel for resistance
Neck: Chromatic/Venomous Amulet of Atlas - you need the STR - I'd go for Chromatic since resist is always good when you come to Hell
Feet: Marrowwalk clvl 66 (req 118 STR)
Rings 1&2: 1-2 Scintillating Ring of Titan
Belt: Gloom's Trap/Trang-Oul's Girth/Credendum/Lenymo (very cheap)

Runes needed for this build RalTirTalSol SolUmUm
1 Tir
1 Tal
1 Ral
2 Sol
2 Um +0-1 for socketing Harlequins Crest

Jewels needed
0-1 Scintillating Jewel for socketing Harlequins Crest

Perfect Gems needed
1 Perfect Diamond

You can socket up to 3 items but I only count with 2 - Harlequins Crest and Homunculus

With these Items you should have:
164% resistance to all and if we add the 20% from Malah you get a total of 184 which means you'll have 75% to all in Hell
+72 STR (didn't count the belt cause thre are many varie of this) and the highest req for this build is 118 (you start with 15 which means you have to add 31+ STR depends on which armor you chose. I suggest you add STR up to 60 (45 STR) and let items take care of the rest, also giving you oppertunity to wear a descent armor with max 132 STR (Great Hauberk req 118 STR also quite high defense)
4 Necro skill levels
4 Curses
2 all skills
+ 4 Poison Nova (10 tot with the other items)
+ 4 Poison Explosion (10 tot with the other items)
+ 5 Poison Dagger (11 tot with the other items)

Skill-section
Summoning
1 Clay Golem - let +skills take care of the rest
1 Golem Mastery - let +skills take care of the rest
1 Summon Resist - let +skills take care of the rest
=3

Poison and Bone
1 Bone Armor - let +skills take care of the rest
1 Teeth - prereq.
1 Corpse explosion - let +skills take care of the rest
20 Poison Dagger
20 Poison Explosion
20 Poison Nova
1 Bone Spear - prereq. - Optional
1 Bone Wall Optional - can be useful if you wanna protect yourself and/or your merc - Optional
1 Bone Prison Optional - can be useful if you wanna protect yourself and/or your merc - Optional

= 63-66
Curses
1 Amplify Damage - let +skills take care of the rest
1 Weaken - prereq.
1 Terror - can be useful to get rid of intime monsters
1 Iron Maiden - can be useful early in the game
1 Life Tap - prereq.
1 Decrepify - can be good for slowing attacking units
1-20 Lower Resist (put the rest of skills here after you done with PD, PE and PN after you have put your 1st point of course)
= 7-26
== earliest 73-92 which means if you have completed all +skill quests in N/NM you have completed this build at clvl 66-88 but probably earlier since by clvl 85 I expect you have killed Hell Baal.

Mercenary
Here are many varies but I suggest you mercenary can be a good tank
Armor - Shaftstop socket socketet with Um or Scintillating Jewel for resistance or Treachery-runeword (you can uppgrade shaftstop armor later to a elite-armor)
Helm - A good helm with good Life leech (Tal Rashas Horadric Crest, Andariels Visage, Stealskull in early game, or Crown of Thieves)
Weapon - early you can use a low level Insight (Insight clvlreq = 27 so use it on a Grim Scythe) and later you make another Insight on a Thresher which will be his end-game-weapon.

Stats/skills-placement-section
Stats placement:
STR 31 to get 46 and rest from charms and temporary items (belts and boots are good at this)
DEX 63 to get 88 (reach 88 by level 38, around 2 each level until you reach 88, last level only need 1 point)
VIT everything else (231 shuold be reached at lvl 66)
ENE - none, let Insight take care of that, use potions instead

Skill placement strategy
By clvl 30 I suggest you have placed like this

1 Bone Armor
1 Teeth
1 Corpse Explosion
19 Posion Dagger (you need to use this to kill in early game, when you get Blackbog's Sharp at clvl 38 it will be more easier)
1 Poison Explosion
1 Poison Nova

1 Amplify Damage
1 Weaken
1 Terror
1 Iron Maiden
1 Life Tap
1 Decrepify
1 Lower Resist
== 31 total (includes Radament and Akara quests)

Then max Poison Nova first and then Poison Explosion
By then you have reached 69 and by now you should also have completed all the +skill (6 more points) quests in N/NM
which adds 1 skillpoint to Clay Golem, Golem Mastery, Summon Resist, Bonespear, Bone Wall, Bone Prison.

It will look like this
Summoning
1 Clay Golem
1 Golem Mastery
1 Summon Resist
=3

Poison and Bone
1 Bone Armor
1 Teeth
1 Corpse explosion
20 Poison Dagger
20 Poison Explosion
20 Poison Nova
1 Bone Spear
1 Bone Wall
1 Bone Prison
= 66

Curses
1 Amplify Damage
1 Weaken
1 Terror
1 Iron Maiden
1 Life Tap
1 Decrepify
1 Lower Resist
= 7
== 76 (8 from quests 2x Akara 2x Radament 2xTyrael)

By this time I suggest you have your equipment which means the skill tables will look like this with the +skills

Summoning
7 Clay Golem
7 Golem Mastery
7 Summon Resist

Poison and Bone
7 Bone Armor
7 Teeth
7 Corpse explosion
31 Poison Dagger
30 Poison Explosion
30 Poison Nova
7 Bone Spear
7 Bone Wall
7 Bone Prison

Curses
11 Amplify Damage
11 Weaken
11 Terror
11 Iron Maiden
11 Life Tap
11 Decrepify
11 Lower Resist
--------------------------------------

Strategy
Actually I have not so much to say here more than:
Use lower resist as often as you can for fast kill
Be aware when you enter Hell, the monsters will be much harder to kill there
Break PsnI with lower resist.
Use mainly Clay Golem as a tank before the mecr cause if merc dies you will have big mana problems.
To protect merc from IM-knights trap him with bone prison.
Protect your-self with Bone Wall, Bone Prison and Bone Armor, dont let anyone come to close.
Don't forget to use Corpse Explosion since it can kill hordes of enemies, combine it with Poison Explsoin and you deal a huge posion damage, physical damage and fire damage.
-----------------------------------------

Now go out and kill somebody ^^

Oh poor guy! - You have prized an open door

I gess writing own guides should start with reading EXISTING ones. Your build is just poison necro with random (not the best!) gear and random (not the best) extra skill points location. It is playable since a poison necro is playable - thatīs it.

You have done much typing but nothing new is said.

Better luck nex time :azn:

oh bassen

That's just a normal poisonmancer suited with easily achieved items. So perhaps you should try out doing some hybrid? And after that, check if there's any guides made for such build and then write guide, IF there's no guide for it.
