Didn't find a stickie that looked that it could answer my question, så I'll just post it here.

If I'm correctly informed, there is a hidden DR% in Fade, right? And what I'm wondering is how big that is. 1 per point, or less?

I know it is 1% = 1 point
What I don't know is whether it is hard points only or +skills included.
Now we play the waiting game.

Yes, 1% per skill level when cast (including +skills, shrines, bo, etc).

procs from treach and LW arent effected by +skills correct? lol thatd be OP IMO

Correct procs are not effected by any other mods (+skills, bo, shrines).
