What to socket via socket quest?

Ok, so I just finished the socket quest on Act V normal, I do not have anything very fancy in my arsenal, a decent shield, but nothing mighty. What should I look for to socket?

Oh, I am a lvl30 Paladin, mostly a zealot.

Wait for some end-game item you are going to use (preferrably a unique or some runeword-ready item). Do not waste your socket quest.

On that matter - when imbuing, imbue only circlets/coronets/tiaras/diadems at high level (85-87+). This can net you some nice and expensive items. Use trade value forum to determine if the imbued circlet is worth something.
