Dagger damage

For completeness sake in a guide I'm working on, what's the formula for STR and DEX adding to a dagger's damage?

Each point of strength counts as 0.75% off-weapon/skill ED, and each point of dex counts as 0.75% off-weapon/skill ED as well.
