as far as I know, yes. those are possible (of course +2 skill tree)

Well, Hit Power (I think, don't remember) have KB as an automod. So, there are still 4 more affixes available (at ilvl 71+), and those can be filled up with the wanted affixes (1 prefix: +skills, and 3 suffixes: IAS, +str and +dex, so it's ok). Remember, the game cannot spawn something like 4 suffixes, or 4 prefixes. Max is 3 of each, so it may be 3P1S, 2P2S, 1P3S ONLY.

Yes, such a glove can be crafted with +2 amazon tree skills, 20ias, 15dex, 15str.

The chances are very low though.

Yes, KB comes with hitpower.

All craft recipes for gloves can produce gloves with +2 zon skilltree/MA + 20%IAS + dex + str if (crafter level)+2 + (item level)/2 is 71 or higher. The hitpower recipe is needed for knockback.
