Max block assassin vs ubers?

I was wondering what you uber slayers out there think about using max block vs the ubers, is it worth my dex points?

I'm a little confused myself, tho, since I'm still building my first uber kicker; other guides I've read say probably not max block but at least enough dex for your gear, so how much is that exactly? Depends on gear I suppose but I'd like to hear input from others.

I upped my dex to 40 hard points last night, did I screw up (only level 21)?

Well, generally your weapon will need dex. So if you are using say, a Last Wish Phase, you need 136 dex, if you are using a Stormlash you will need 77 etc.
