What I've heard is that Assassin +skills specifik or to all or trees are rare. If you gonna play a Assassin in future save it unless you desperate. I don't really know what a hr is but I guess it's a rune. However since the rareity is quite high compare to uniques Assassin have and you'll see that this item is quite good :)

you are ok, it is not +3, nor does it have 2 sockets.

He can quest it 2os, but the main problem is the horrible, horrible base claw.

He can quest it 2osYes but the buyer would also have 50% chance to get only 1 socket. If you don't have any use of it, let it go, and try to ask for a useful HR (Ohm, Jah, Ber, Lo, depending on your current needs).
