3 sockets 20 fcr tiara?

I'm wondering what to do with a 3 sockets 20fcr tiara besides trading it? It could be nice with 15/15 jewels ( IAS/res ) in it for an assassin?

I think Summerfun mentioned using such helms with +max res runes in some setups on his nec (lo lo lo, vex vex vex, and a third kind, can't remember).

Thats right, i have 3 kind of those diadems. 3*vex, 3*lo, 3*ohm.
I use them on my wind druid or necro all the time.
