You cube it with a Perfect Chat Gem to get invincibility.
It ensures that the Reizarfg monster doesn't spawn as champion.

rumors and bs.
if it does do somehting, noone really knows.
It gives +2 to Sandwich, and gives regenerate bread and meat +10. However, there are no bonuses to condiments with this charm.

A use for the standard was supposed to appear in a future patch, but that patch is yet to come.
It's only useful at level 99. Until then, it's pointless. So just do baals to 99, then you should see its usefulness.
What happens at lvl 99 with this SOH ?

What happens at lvl 99 with this SOH ?
The exact same thing that happens at lvl 99 without a SoH.
Actually, I've found that the standard of heroes these days leaves a lot to be desired. For instance, the original Flash Gordon from the old movies was a real hero - that latest incarnation on TV seems like a wuss to me. Standards are definitely slipping nowadays.

My fana-zealot has one in his inventory. It serves its purpose there.
I think that if you put it in the cube and transmute it with a tome of portal it gets you to Pig Level. There you must kill The King Pig which drops distroyillihus that gives +1o to all skills and + 100 resist.

Michael: I think you are pretty rude, and don't get a joke when you see it. But that's just my humble opinion.
Once you hit level 100 it gives the same stats as an anni
you guys are freaking retarded lolzIf you didn't think to use the search function of this forum (or even google) before making this thread, then you're in no position to pass judgement on the intelligence of others.

It makes it less likely for you to pick up an item in a Baal run.
Having it in your inventory activates the plague and pattern runewords.
Place 13 of those in the cube and transmute in Pandemonium Fortress and you will get a portal leading to a place named Blood Moor! There are hard monsters and if you beat them all there you get a Horadric Staff. After you got it press Alt, then press F4.
Srysly gais it wawrks i doozd it yestardayz!
It increases your IQ by 10 ± 2. Others speculated that the Spartans carried it when they fought the Persians.
Carrying SoH's around in your inventory makes you duel more Lamerdins, and win obviously, which is a horrendous vicious circle eventually casting you straight into the feared and unspoken secret tenth layer of Hell named "Lamernation".

Quote from Michael Sanders, Blizzard CEO:
''The Standard of Heroes greatly decreases the chances of potions dropping from monsters you've killed. The idea of this is that heroes do not (should not) need potions to heal themselves.''
I have very astonishing data to go with this quote. I went out and killed exactly 25 monsters on the river of flame on hell difficulty without the SoH 10 times to gather the average amount of potions. The average potions dropped was 8.9.
I repeated this experiment the exact same the only variable being the SoH, which was now in my inventory. I recorded an average potion drop out of 25 monsters to be 8.4. Whilst this data is very inconclusive and I am partaking in more experiments at the moment, there is one thing certain. If you choose to carry a SoH thats definately one less potion you are able to carry.
How new is that information anyway, and is it true or you made it up? :jig:
How new is that information anyway, and is it true or you made it up? :jig:Actually that quote is true. With the standard of heroes, that is less potions for you to carry ;)
