I found this really cool set shield and I have been using this weapon along with it:

but then i found this, and I wasn't sure which to use.....

Required Dexterity: 25
Required Level: 4
Dagger Class – Fast Attack Speed
*19% Enhanced Damage
*11 to Attack Rating
*57% Damage to Undead
*40% to Attack Rating against Undead
1-8 Lightning Damage
*1 Cold Damage
*4% Mana Stole per Hit

I thought that the -25% Target defense was particularly useful because I'm just coming up to Andariel.... but dunno which to use, so any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

What character are you playing? I usually go to Akara and buy a Scepter with decent damage and few/no skills (since skills raise the price too much) when I play untwinked.

Scepters have a base damage of 6-11 so any scepter with 2 sockets could potentially be 6-11 physical 2-16 lightning damage with 25 str req and no lvl req.
